Sean P. Haggerty – CEO and CFO
Sean joined M&O Systems, Inc. as CFO in June 2010. His responsibilities include Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, and Human Resources.Prior to joining M&O, Sean spent nine years at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in the role of VP of Acquisitions and VP of Company-Owned Operations. In addition, Sean was a business entrepreneur for several years and held critical positions in the areas of accounting and finance, mergers and acquisitions for several notable companies such as Suburban Propane and Hanson Industries. Sean started his career with the notable firm of Deloitte & Touche. Sean holds BS in Accounting from King’s College, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Michael J. Brodeur – President
Mike joined M&O Systems as President in January of 2009. Formerly the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at MassMutual Financial Group (MML Investors Services, Inc.), Mike is now responsible for providing the vision and leadership at M&O Systems. Previously, Mike held senior positions at Fidelity Investments, President at VeraVest Investments, Inc., which was Allmerica’s broker/dealer, along with being a Vice President of the life company service organization. Mike holds an MBA in Operations Management from Bryant University, and a BA in Mathematics from College of the Holy Cross. Mike has extensive experience with Lean Six Sigma and business process management.

Michael Novodvorskiy – Chief Operating Officer
Michael Novodvorskiy is M&O’s Chief Operating and Chief Technology Officer. Micheal’s responsibilities cover production operations, development and client implementations. Since 1995, Michael has been helping to grow the M&O platform by providing leadership in the areas of development and client implementation. Michael Novodvorskiy grew up in Moscow, Russia, and holds a Master’s diploma in Systems Engineering (Cybernetics) from Moscow University of Transport Engineering (MIIT).
